Egan Medical will gladly exchange this item for a different size at no additional cost provided:

• Customer does not wear the item - only try on for size.
• Size requested upon exchange is SMALLER than size originally ordered. Exchanges for a larger size than originally ordered require a $5.00 restocking fee, and customer is responsible for all shipping fees when size requested upon exchange is larger than the size originally ordered.
  
• Customer notifies us by email (exchanges@eganmedical.com) within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment that item does not fit and an exchange is requested.
• Customer is responsible for return-postage on all exchanges.
